Agricultural area in rural setting with some light cattle raising on the way to Shangri-La Gardens. Cherry Valley is a very quiet and dark neighborhood does not like night light pollution to preserve the tranquility of rural living but the place is well lighted from the gate, fencing and all the way to the house. The Guest house (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is gated for security and safety of guests. This is a one acre lot with main house beside the guest house. New Shopping, restaurants and grocery area by the freeway is 2 miles away and on the other side is overlooking the San Gorgonio, San Bernardino National Park & Big Bear mountains. NOTE: We have a weekly lawn maintenance person/gardener who maintains the lawn and surrounding the house every Monday or Tuesday and a monthly pest control.
Guest Access
Entire house is accessible to guests for use. We also have a separate guest house listing on the same compound that can accommodate up to 6 additional guests. It’s perfect for bride or groom wedding preparations, extended family, or groups who want to stay close while enjoying separate accommodations. Both the main house and guest house can be rented separately and both offer their own private spaces and privacy, making it ideal for larger groups who want flexibility—or for smaller groups who prefer a standalone rental while still being nearby.
